Job Summary/Objective: Provides allergy antigen vial preparation by performing the following duties. Essential Job Functions: Reviews the Allergy Lab Orders Mixes the patient specific antigen(s) documenting each component in the mixing room database. Assigns the vial a unique identification number which begins with the medical record number followed by � 0X to designate the vial sequence.
