Redpanda is hiring a Director of Legal to build and lead our contracting function from the ground up. You will own commercial transactions end to end and develop templates, playbooks, and approval workflows to scale the legal function as the business grows. You will partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Finance to structure business-aligned agreements, advise on privacy and data protection, and navigate evolving AI regulatory landscapes.
