About the role The Field Welder is expected to be a versatile Field Operations professional who continually develops new technical skills as Aalo Atomics' needs expand and change. Welding is the primary technical discipline of the role, but Field Welders are not expected to only weld. They must possess basic mechanical aptitude, be capable of supporting general field work, and be willing to operate basic heavy equipment and material-handling equipment when qualified and assigned.
