Description PRIMARY FUNCTION Laborers shall be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites for the renovation of existing buildings, and the erection of new structures and buildings. Primary duties include but are not limited to: unloading and loading materials, being capable of understanding plans and specifications, tending to machines, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers.
