Registered Nurse (Home And Community Based Care - Outpatient Educator)

The Nurse Educator is responsible for providing expert, evidence-based education to staff assigned to Home and Community Based Care (H&CBC). The RN provides educational instruction and training for nursing staff in clinical and outpatient units. The Nurse Educator understands instructional design, implementation, and application related to education and training. Performs learning needs assessments and develops educational trainings for clinical staff.
