Registered Nurse Pathway to Excellence and Magnet Recognition Program Coordinator is responsible/accountable for all nursing process elements. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components. Responsible for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Administers medications and procedures. Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team.
